The latest gem in the Century crown brings the evolution of lounging south of the river.
With the huge success of Hundred Bar + Kitchen in the downtown core, we wanted to bring the same innovation to the growing nightlife scene in Edmonton's south. Corporate Chef Paul Shufelt has once again brought us a contemporary take on comfort food with a modern twist elevated to a new level with the Century Room using only the freshest, home-grown ingredients. Starting with a new take on Tater Tots infused with bacon and cheddar and extending to the Menage a Raw, which includes our fresh Thai Chili Oysters, our delicious Beef Carpaccio, and Tuna Tataki, the Century Room is a foodie's dream whether there are just a few of you, or a huge group of your friends.
